I gained a pound but I'm happy it is only 1 pound! Although I ate a lot on our weekend away if I would have been completely out of control and eating like I had been before I joined FS - I seriously think I could have gained 5 pounds. I'm ready to get back at it. I would love to see the scale in the 140's again - I'm close and I know I can do it as long as I hang in there! It's time for me to get on my bike on the trainer and do the Carmichael Time Trial workout - ouch!
68.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
