10st 4.8lb Fat 24.7% (didn't go to WW) THREE POUNDS! I put off weighing from Sat cos hadn't been to the loo and knew it'd be even worse but I certainly wasn't expecting this! So I started the week on a right downer, but it did spur me to action at least and hoping this Sat will be improved.
65.7 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
