Well I guess I must be doing something right with the meal plan and these classes. Today is a rest day and I'm ok with that because I have a monster headache. Good old pressure change has to mess with me every time. Grey and foggy in our neck of the woods. But I must say I have more energy and more desire to get out of the house. Haven't felt this great since the last time I was going to the gym. If I keep my mindset to it 2017 will be my year!!! Have a fantastic Sunday everyone!
