I am not complaining: 1 pound over last week (thanksgiving) and believe me when I say I got it down from a higher number, therefore, I'm glad = thanks to the support of our group here. NEXT WEEK GOAL: 1 POUND....................
72.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
