Stuck at a plateau but will keep working on it to make my goal. So glad to have these tools.

Thanks, for your support. Hopefully, I will get back into the loss mode. May we all find that way to reach our goals. I gained a pound today, not sure why but this has been a roller coaster, which fortunately continues being going down more than up.
