I'm ending my bone broth fast today, I don't feel I gained any benefit on doing it....apart from staying away to junk food. But that could have been achieved even better with a Water Fast anyway.
59 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
