Wow - I'm sticking to it and it's working. I don't feel deprived, my energy levels are up, I sleep better, get out of bed easier, and back pain is lessening.

It's only been a week... :-)
78.8 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
