Amazing how much awareness can change your eating habits. After logging in what I eat and weighing in regularly, I make small lifestyle adjustments. Don't get me wrong, I'll still have a burger, I just choose not to eat the fries that normally goes with it. So far, I still feel as though I get to eat the things I like...just in moderation. Lets see how lasting this will be.
