Stepped on the scale today, I hate to admit weakness, but all I could do was cry as I got dressed for my workout. 280... I am almost back where I started a year ago, all this hard work FOR NOTHING!!!! Had my shake and oatmeal and went to the gym. Knee woke me up hurting last night so skipped boot camp, did and Zumba class followed by a ball and weight class, so 2 hrs of classes, maybe a bit excessive, but I feel a little better...
I come home and my slim husband who had half a pizza and hips and guacamole for dinner is still in his P.J.'s playing video games. I hate it when people say things aren't fair, but damn.... Getting fat should be more fun than I am having.
