Ive been trying to stay below 1700 calories. Been trying to burn off mostly 400 or more with nothing but cardio in the mornings. I love it! :D
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
