I could hardly believe it....lost 3.2 at tonight's weigh-in!! YEAH!! I have really tried hard this week. Have been a bit more active, too, so that helped. Need to stay on track, though. Just hope I can do it with the holiday season kicking into full gear! Am invited to a dinner on Friday where I am to take a dessert....so, I may only be eating dessert if there is alot of "bad" food there!
