10st 2.4 Fat 24.7% no WW. Disappointing but not surprising, been a pretty crap week. I'm doing ok at keeping up some activity, but need to get back on board with the eating habits.
64.6 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
