Saturdays are the hardest days for me. I don't eat often enough, I dont eat enough veggies, I eat carbs, the only workout I get is being on my feet twisting balloons and painting faces for 10 hrs straight with really no break, So I don't dink a lot of water so I don't need to use the restroom. My husband comes up and overs for me in the middle when he can and I have just enough time to run to the bathroom, grab a salad and pizza from the buffet eat as fast as I can then get back to work.
I do the same thing on Sunday, except it is just 6 hours : ) I am taking my brother out for sushi tonight, so there will be some more bad carbs. I limit myself to nigri or just 1 or 2 rolls, but I really wish we had a place in town that served sushi with brown rice. Oh, well I have a pretty tough spin class Monday, maybe all will be forgiven...
