Got sick, went off my diet and started gaining weight. Have to work on loosing those 3 pounds again an then some.

On a happoer note I spent the weekend with my sisters,went to the park and then walked the golf course track, ran some of that with my nephew, I hurt now because of that. But it was a good weekend.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
