Try to weigh at 7 everyday.
Did 2 day 24 hour fast .
Had two big slices of veggie pizza and two bars from Woolies.
Two cups tea with milk
65.5 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
