Made it to my spin class yesterday... Legs are a bit sore today, along with my throat. Kinda feeling sick. Yesterday was pretty busy. Just feeling tired today. I don't think I am going to go to the gym, feel bad and I have to be at work at 6pm, Kids Night at Chick-Fil-A and I got to be able to make that. Going to catch up on errands and picking up the house till them.
Excited about starting the new HCG protocol. worried about losing hair still thinning a bit.
