I am on s sort of liquide diet for a little while because of a stomack viris. I am having Instant breakfast at 7am, 10,3pm and 5pm. Having instant breakfast for lunch at nood along with an apple, a small one. as well as a fairly light dinner, steamed chiicken and vegitables. Will try and keep this throuhg the week.

missed my challenge calathenics this morning so will have to do them tonight before bed.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
