Ok, I hit 133 and I haven't been there since March! I am SO happy!
I ran 2 miles yesterday morning and then after 2 glasses of wine and a bit too much rice with my sun dried tomato chicken.....I hopped onto the treadmill at 11:30 at night for another 2.25 miles! Thankfully my wonderful husband got up with the kids at 7 and awakened me with a fresh cup of coffee at 9:30! He's the BEST!
I am SO incredibly sore allover from my weight workout on Friday...it was a doosie. Everything hurts...lats, inner thigh, butt, calves, bi's, obliques, and chest! I think I will just stretch really well and do some abs after my run and toss weights out the window until Monday.
