Ugh. Don't understand. I am seriously starting to get irritated and stressed out about my body right now. I want it to shrink! I don't even care about the number on the scale that much, but the fluctuations are ticking me off! Can't it stay consistent for just a LITTLE while? I've been doing lots more strength training, so is it really possible that I've gained almost 3 pounds of muscle in two weeks? Really? I didn't think muscle built up that fast, especially for women. I thought maybe I wasn't eating ENOUGH to lose weight, so I've been eating a little more, mostly protein. Measurements haven't changed much. My waist WAS about 25 inches when I was down to 135ish, now it's back to 26 inches. Ugh, I am just so tired of this. I am really starting to understand why some women turn to diet pills or liposuction.
