I'm so disappointed. I got really sick again, fell off the bandwagon, and now I'm even heavier than I was before. But I've decided that instead of moping and being depressed I'm going to kick my behind back into shape.
Like my Grampa used to say, "Either shut up and do something about it or just shut up about it. Complaining does nothing and it gets you nowhere. The only way you accomplish anything is by doing it."
