I have to say that I discovered that my Italian Chicken Sausage is a tolerated item and limited to 3.5 ounces. So I have quit using it for the month of Feb. It may have been the culprit of my weight loss slow down. Also, I am walking the hills around the home again, it makes such a big difference in my life.
