I screwed up by opening a giant bag of pretzels that was left at my house and while I'm still controlling my portions somewhat I keep eating them every day. I'm not completely off the rails but I want to do better then this since on top of that I didn't eat well last Saturday. I hope to be able to bring the bag at a party soon and leave it there, which will definitely help.
