11st 3, WW 1 off, 3rd Silver 7 & awarded raffle ticket for slimmer who's worked hardest, as I've lost every week, even over Christmas. Didn't win raffle but I don't mind that:) Also read great logical diet book The Hacker's Diet, found it in the "About" section of my Libra weight tracker app, it's brilliant, no gimmicks, just tells it like it is, and very witty with it!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
