i'm not enjoying things right now I got hurt at work and need to keep active without making my back worse. My physiotherapist said walk, walk, walk. Walking is great for back injuries.

With everything else It's shift change I'm back on the midnights.

I just need to remember that I need to stay postitive.
130.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 39.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week
