ok it's the Holiday season! First it was the birthday cake....then PMS hit and I am a bottomless pit sooooooo freakin' hungry. At least it's only 2 lbs. ! Could be worse. I will be good today and tomorrow....then I will allow myself some goodies this weekend within reason and get right back on track on Monday!

55.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

I totally feel your pain! I was ravenous this past week. I felt like a bottomless pit(and it wasn't even PMS). It doesn't help that it's the holiday season. Goodies......EVERYWHERE!
