Wow! Here I am once again and I just have not been doing what I need to do lately. Instead of going forward I am now 21 pounds over and this is just not going to work for me. So once again I start over and this time I am determined to get consistent with this. I can tell that my body is not adjusting well to this 21 pounds and neither is my spirit. I do not just wnat to look great but more importantly I want to feel great.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
