Yay! I lost some of the beer weight...lol. As soon as I finish the garage and buy the resistance band I can start adding "real" exercise to this...
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
