jejum de 20 hs!! vou comer so carnee, ovo e torresmo , um tomate e 2 bananas!! ontem eu e comi churro, 6
bananas,panetone e 2 Paes com manteiga, aumentou 600 gramas de um dia pra o outro!!!!
