10st 5 virtually, fat 25.2% half pound on at WW, could have been a lot worse. Extra hours almost done now and hoping soon to get back to some walking and swimming in hopes of having some beneficial effect on myself for a change. Got a presentation to give on 12th that I'm dreading and for which I had hoped, at the beginning of the year, to lose a stone so that I at least felt confident in my person, but it hasn't panned out that way. Still, maybe the persisting feeling of nausea as I dread it might help me between now and then?!
65.7 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
