I didn't get go to the gym for a week because I had so much school work and tests to do. This job on top of school work just about killed me but I managed to get in the gym 2 out of the 12 days. I'm not happy about that but I know I can get back on track and lose about 5 every two weeks again. I'm just happy that I was able to lose 3 more lbs. There's a possibility that my menstrual is in the way of weight progress as well. I'm looking for chocolate anything and that is a clear sign before the bloating comes, I'm about to start.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
