I forgot to weigh in yesterday. I kind of deviated from my diet last night and had more sweets than I should have after finding out that my friend had died. *sigh* Well, today is another day and I started doing my ten minute trainer today. Hopefully tomorrow will be better...
69.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
