One day at a time. That is all I need to focus on. I did awesome yesterday. And I plan on doing awesome today as well....gonna get in some good cardio this afternoon and have a great dinner plan......193 days and counting!
76.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Made it to the gym today! Did some cardio and poly. I'm happy. I also ate well most of the day. Tomorrow is my last day of the 3, then I get a cheat day. Woohooo! Looking forward to that. Sidenote- I read that drinking 3-5 cups of green tea a day will aid in weight loss, so I drank 2 cups today. Maybe on Sat I'll actually try and drink 3. @ least I'll be able to stay home all day if need be. The "One day @ a time" mind-frame is excellent! Why even worry about tomorrow???
