Wow! I did not expect this weight! I usually don't lose so much in one week. I really tried not to eat over my 1200 calorie budget and tried to not to eat extra sweets or empty calories. I did eat some treats. I still need to eat more vegetables! I will try to eat more veggies this week and see what happens.
66.3 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
