No additional pounds lost but at least none gained. Ran 7 miles this morning before 8am! The first time I've run that far. Thankfully have some new running shoes with great support.
108.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
