10st 13 (WW Wed 1.5 off) Fantastic feeling to be under 11st at last! I did some extra exercise this week to make up for last week's poor start, but not impossibly ridiculous amounts, and I managed to resist the temptation to do more than one thing most days, which keeps it sustainable. If I start often doing a walk AND swim on the same day, it won't be long before days where I only walk start to feel like a let down, and I don't want that. I know how easily I become obsessed and that's not good, I want to keep it real and liveable long term. Can't wait til I reach this weight at WW, as then I've promised myself a massage as a reward for the 2st off mark:) Made a mistake on the Fat Secret website where I've restarted my diet, so lost the progress on my bar chart, which is a shame, but it's still there for the past phase, it's just the new phase has reset my bar back down to nothing, in the red. But we live and learn! & at least all my weight graph is still there, I'd be gutted to lose all that progress data.
69.4 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
