I'm one week in on this Keto WOE. I still love it! Sadly, most diets I've long since given up by now since my family doesn't join in with me & I quickly lose willpower. But not this time. Not sure what's different, maybe it's that I rarely feel deprived?
I did have some strong carb cravings last night, maybe triggered by the spaghetti squash I ate that ended up having more carbs than I thought it would.
Anyway, week 2, time to start upping my water intake (wanted to focus week 1 on getting my macros in check). This will be tough, I've always had a hard time with any kind of liquid intake. But I need it, so I will do it.
