Ubah asupan kalori, turunin karbohidrat max 35gr selama 3 hari, dan 3 hari berikutnya naikin, 1 hari cheat day. Dengan catatan harus tetep di bawah kalori harian (tdee). Misal kalori harian 1500, kurangin 500 kalori jadi 1000.
