SO thankful that I was only up one pound after all this time. I've been eating nothing but crap and I'm actually amazed. I was so afraid to step on the scale!
I'm thinking it's time to get my shit together and clean things up a bit. I'm not going back to counting every morsel, but cutting back on sugar would be a good start.
