Well, up a tiny bit today. 236.4
Ate a huge lunch of sushi as a treat because of the inspection. Came back to work and the inspectors came right to me. So I am going through the inspection now DIRECTLY. Luckily the guy doing me is experienced and not a douchebag, this inspection team is full of douchebags. I used to actually do security assessments, and probably was a douchebag too, but eventually you learn a bedside manner like a doctor. It's not like you say "Wholly crap, your doing lousy!". You have to have some tact, and some reassurance, and some empathy. It is not pleasant for anyone going though this.
Whew, anyway, on top of that nerve wracking fun time, yesterday my wife went to the states for 5 weeks. My son and I are virtual bachelors! Woohoo. Anyway, I am entrenched in this journey. Maybe when meet my 230 lb goal I will go out and get a few beers, but I plan on laying low while she is away. I am planning on breaking out our deep fryer on cheat days for me and him to have some chicken wings. But that is about it.
I have been meaning to do more power walking, but with all this stress and activity going on, and I get home, I want to relax. I kind of feel motivated to get out and walk off the nervous energy, and I will tonight.
