I'm going to stop weighing myself everyday. This might be hindering me because I'm so focused on the numbers. Hopefully be next week, if I(and I WILL) stick to the running plan.

Maybe I should weigh every other wk??? I might even consider once a month.....I guess we'll see.
76.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week
