doing somewhat better. adding some starches and will do that 3 days a week but will have some fruit daily. will weight in a week and see if the weight goes up or down.
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
