During my absence from logging my weigh ins, I broke the 150 barrier and got to 149 lbs...unfortunately I went back up, but I can get back down. Need to find some exercise that I can do...its hard with little to no energy...grieving saps a lot of my energy or the sadness does. I am going to do my best to get back on the logging in track.
