Sometimes, testing one's demons is not good. Now hoping to get back on track. Thank you Lord!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

As they say, the most significant battles in life are fought within oneself...Always on the edge of failure me, but I have learned to relax enough to keep things flexible but not so much that I find myself floundering into a week of eating too much crap and pretending it won't matter, I work on it day by day and take each day at its own face value, I never let yesterday strangle today's efforts, no matter how much I feel I have gone off track, and this generally keeps me within my safety zone...

Thanks for the advice. Will work on that because guilt can be a devastating at times.

I don't do guilt, I do of course have regrets, but I do not let them hamper my current efforts where poss...I look to making today a success and will do the same tomorrow if I do not quite make it, I am ok with that, as long as I know I actually tried and not just pretend I tried...I know that if I do well more days than I do not do so well, then over the week, month, quarter, year, I know I will be ok and have made inroads and lost some more weight...Best wishes...
