Well, I knew I wouldn't lose that much this week due to the way I ate. I am going to go back and do what I was doing before, not recording a food journal. I am finding that recording in this journal is making me want to eat more to make my calories go up. I DO NOT want to become obsessed with calorie counting and that is what I have begun to do this past week. I am happy I lost something even if it is .4 lbs. I was going to be happy if I lost .2 . Looking back at my weight history, every month, November and December there was 1 week that I only lost .2 lbs and it was around the 2nd week of the month. I wonder if that is going to be a trend in my loss? I also wonder if this is the beginning of a slower weightloss due to me getting closer to my goal? We will see next week. YEAH .4 lbs! At least I didn't gain!!

NICE WORK SLIM!! BY THE WAY, THANK YOU FOR THE TIP ON THE DVD I STARTED LAST NIGHT AND LOVE IT. I ACTUALLY FEEL EXCITED TO DO IT TONIGHT.
