Yes!! Very happy with this weigh in before exercise been very consistent with workouts and cooking tons of veggies for dinner oatmeal and a bar and coffee in hr morning two bowls of artic zero with pb2 cake each night one 11.65 mile run on Sunday and then hot yoga each day
52.2 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 52.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
