Overall a good week 😁 getting over the initial soreness of going back to gym... Which, I can tell you doesn't get easier as one gets older D'ohhh!!! 😥 Also celebrated 6 months without a cigarette 😁 Woohoo!!! 👍After 40 years of the bloody things I am so glad to be free of them...
