Really, a half a pound? i don't get this. i am running my butt off, doing more activity than i have in the last 2 years, and the weight doesn't move. watching the calories, and i know for sure consuming less than i did in the last 2 years also. what gives?!
120.0 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
