Another day...gotta keep moving. Today is abs day, so I will be doing those at home. I will also be taking a walk w/ the dog and son after work.

One day at a time.....
76.7 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
