oky so im still 61kg , i dont expect to loose another 1 kg until maybe sunday or monday, will see how I do as Today i had Mc Donalds. bleh not good. but that wont stop me from getting to my goal weight and i am almost there, cant wait. will start changing my fitness routine from the 1st of april to tighten my abs
61 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
