10st 9 (2 off at WW Wed) I'm in my BMI zone at last!! Very pleased with that, esp after a couple of weeks with half pound losses. I don't know if it was eating more (I've never eaten so many of my weekly points before!) or the few bits of extra exercise I did to try and compensate a bit, but whatever it was I am happy about it:) Half a pound more at WW and that will bring me into the Zone clothed, hurrah! I discussed with my leader setting my Gold goal at 10st 6, which is my next silver 7 there. Then I can see what happens-if I lost a further half stone that'd be great and at least I wouldn't be paying while I tried. But I want to listen to my body, so if I stabilise before that last half stone then so be it, I don't want this to be a battle, because that makes it harder to sustain.
67.6 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
